New Growth and Partner subscribers only, one per business. 500 business cards on 350gsm art board with a silk finish, printed on both sides, with square corners and no lamination, in one design from your own artwork, carrying a small Printlogik imprint. They are sent with your first order paid from your PrintPass credit, once your first Direct Debit payment has been collected. Not exchangeable for credit or cash. Because they come with an order paid from your credit, the first-month refund no longer applies once they are sent. We may change or end this offer at any time; that never affects anyone who has already joined.

Sometimes, on a single job with a discount code. PrintPass is not trying to be the cheapest one-off price. It is one fixed monthly cost you can budget for, more print than you pay for, member prices on top, a real person checking every file, and a quiet month rolling over instead of being lost. If you only print now and then, ordering as you go will cost you less, and the plan builder will tell you so.

Yes. Member prices are applied to your Printlogik account when we set it up: 5% off every shop price on Starter, 7.5% on Growth and 10% on Partner. You see the lower prices when you are logged in, and they apply to everything you order, whether your allowance covers it or not. These are founding discounts: join as one of the first 100 subscribers and they stay yours for as long as you stay subscribed.

A quiet month or two is what the rollover is for: the allowance waits for the busy month. Beyond three months it expires, so keep an eye on it. If your print is slowing down for longer, move down a plan from your next payment, or on Starter cancel any time after the first month with 30 days' notice. You keep control of how much you commit.

Order it anyway. Your allowance comes off the total and you pay the difference at your member prices. There is no penalty for going over, and no cap on what you can order.

Email us. In your first 30 days we cancel straight away. After that, Starter can be cancelled any time with 30 days' notice, and Growth and Partner with 30 days' notice once their first three months are up. As with any Direct Debit, you can also cancel the mandate with your bank at any time under the Direct Debit Guarantee. Any credit left when you cancel stays on your account until it expires, three months after it was added, so you can still use it; after that it is gone and is not refunded.

Email hello@printlogik.co.uk and we will tell you your balance, what has rolled over and when it expires. Ask whenever you like, as often as you like.

Your allowance is added as store credit on your printlogik.co.uk account, and like any store credit it depends on the business that issued it. On a monthly plan the most you can ever have built up is three months of allowance, because credit older than that expires, and you can spend it at any time. On an annual plan you pay for the year upfront and your credit is added month by month. If you would rather keep what you have built up to a minimum, spend your allowance as it arrives.

Yes, on every plan. A real person looks at every file before it prints, and if something will not print well we tell you and fix it with you. Growth includes one artwork amendment and file prep every month, and Partner three.

A change to artwork you already have: new dates, prices, names or contact details, or a swapped image or logo. Growth includes one amendment a month and Partner three, plus file prep to get your artwork print-ready. A brand new design is not an amendment. Partner includes one simple design a quarter: a single item such as a business card, flyer or leaflet, made from your text and logo. Multi-page design, such as brochures, booklets and menus, is quoted separately. Further amendments are charged at our standard rate, from £15 an item. Unused amendments do not carry over to the next month.

Your Printlogik account is set up within 48 hours of your Direct Debit being authorised, with your first allowance already in it. We do the setup - there is nothing for you to fill in.

Every product on printlogik.co.uk shows its turnaround options at checkout, usually saver, standard and express, with the price of each, and your allowance covers the faster ones like anything else. Standard takes seven days on average and never more than fourteen.

On Growth and Partner your jobs go first in our queue: checked and sent to production ahead of standard orders. Production times are the same, so choose express at checkout when you need it sooner.

Your monthly payment buys store credit, not print. That credit can be spent on print with different VAT rates - leaflets, flyers and brochures are zero-rated, cards and posters are 20% - so HMRC treats it as a multi-purpose voucher, and there is no VAT to add when you pay. VAT is added when you order instead, at the right rate for each product, and taken from your credit along with the print. You get a VAT invoice for every order, so if you are VAT-registered you reclaim it from those.

Your credit includes VAT. On zero-rated print, such as leaflets and flyers, all of it goes on print. On print with 20% VAT, such as cards and posters, the VAT comes out of the same credit, so every order is paid for in full with nothing extra at checkout.

Shop prices on printlogik.co.uk can change at any time, so your credit buys at the price on the day you order. Your PrintPass price does not: join as one of the first 100 subscribers and you keep your founding price and discount for as long as you stay subscribed. Whenever your payment changes, for example because you move to another plan, we tell you first, at least three working days before, as the Direct Debit rules require.

Yes. All payments are taken by Direct Debit and covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, which entitles you to an immediate refund from your bank for any payment taken in error. We give you three working days' notice of any change to the amount or date.

Your Printlogik charity discount. Charity accounts keep the charity discount across printlogik.co.uk, and it is used instead of the PrintPass member discount. The two are not added together.
